Mobility venture
Successfully scouted the initial tech team for a new Mobility venture in STHLM using a different approach. During a very short period of time we used our networks, social selling and a referral strategy, sourced, held small events, presented & booked interviews with 20-25 high level tech candidates, many of who became successful hires.
Universum
Big stake in taking Employer Branding Academy (Universum) from zero to 500 global participant’s while building highly personal relationships using social selling, networking and relationship building as a tool. Today EB Academy is one of 4 strategic business areas within the global Employer Brand leader Universum.
HR Consultancy firm
Supported all 20 employees at an HR consultancy firm during Covid to stay focused, connected and aligned with their personal development plans. Helped translate goals into personal plans and daily habits that built clarity, motivation and resilience. Strengthened time management, healthy routines and meaningful connection in isolation — turning challenge into energy and renewed leadership. Most importantly, I listened.
